( I now know those bacteria thrive from a HIGH FIBER diet, so I eat as much fresh fruit, vegetables, and lots of BEANS !! Which is the ONLY source of real plant fiber)

Taking PILLs Does NOT = HEALTH
I receive the email telling me Amazon is now in the Pharmacy business.
Ok, I’m not a fan of taking pills, and I don’t feel comfortable with Amazon being my Pharmacist.
It is already known that every thing you say near your smart phone, or smart TV is heard, and a ad is customized and sent for your viewing. For years many have noticed how they can have a conversation in their Living Room, and in the next few seconds, ads start to appear offering that very item for sale.
I guess now you can voice how you are depressed over something, and an ad for antidepressants will appear.
Also, I disagree with the advertising in the email…
MEDICATION DOES NOT PROVIDE HEALTH. ALSO, staying 6 feet from people does not provide HEALTH .
Our World has a strange idea what provides ‘HEALTH’, and for sure pharma, and social distancing does not make anything healthy.
The 2nd and 3rd types of drugs offered in Amazon’s Ad ( after High Blood Pressure ) are obviously mental, emotional issues. Again, this is not what keeps people HEALTHY.
So now, AMAZON knows everything you think about buying, and also have all your Medical Information.
There is so much wrong with all this.
And one other bit of information ….
In late 2018, Amazon bought 20,000 of those blue delivery vans you see every where now. I guess they were getting ready for the LOCKDOWN, and the biggest profit ever from sales in 2020. It appears to me, that they knew there would be a lockdown.
But, that, along with what does and does not promote Health, is just my opinion.
Maybe I need to change the web site to something like ‘crazyoldmanskinandbones’

There is NO Approved Jab, ONLY EMERGENCY USE Medical Devices. (May 22,2001)
I am shocked at the people who are still unaware of the fact that the ‘alleged’ vaccine for the rONA is not an approved product of the FDA.
It is a Medical Device approved for emergency use. The test period for one, extends to the last day of January 2023.
It places you in the position of a LAB RAT.
You have NOT been placed in a position of an INFORMED CITIZEN … therefore in my opinion the Nuremberg Code is ignored, and CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY have been committed and on a WORLD WIDE SCALE.
INFORM YOURSELF before you do something foolish.
Be RESPONSIBLE for your own HEALTH. TURN OFF MAIN STREAM MEDIA. Do NOT believe everything you see and hear from the 3 letter industries and all those who stand to make TRILLIONS of DOLLARS from the NEW WORLD coming to you via a yearly booster shot… if you are still alive.

It is a NEW WORLD (and I am not compliant)
The world I knew when I started this web site has gone away, and will never return.
As usual, I am not content in this NEW WORLD, and do not intend to be compliant.
Hey, remember that I was not content and compliant in that NEW WORLD in which I awoke after my Triple By Pass in 2015. The big difference in that day, and the New World of 2020, was everyone thought I was ‘kool’ back then … you know … that old man with an 8″ scar on his chest, paying off a By Pass Surgery for about 10 years AND took up ‘Running’ in 2018 as a form of ‘WHAT DO I DO WITH ALL THIS ENEGRY?
I did mention that after my Surgery, I stopped eating all MEAT PRODUCTS and excluded ALL DAIRY. And I started reading tons of books addressing the horrid Standard American Diet and it’s promotion of CHRONIC DISEASE by the addictive chemicals called ‘FOOD’ in Grocery Stores and Drive Throughs.
Again, all of that was kinda ‘Cool’ and I became something of a ‘Celebrity’.
But then … along comes The Holy Rona Religion of 2020, and THEN, the Medical/Pharmaceutical/Governmental MAFIA I was SO AGAINST since 2015, was all the sudden THE SAVIOUR of all Mankind, and I was supposed to fall down before them, and kiss their feet, AND TRUST that, that aforementioned SNAKE that had changed it character overnight.
SORRY! (NO, I am NOT sorry!) I just can’t do that.
I didn’t trust the Medical/Pharmaceutical/Governmental MAFIA before, and I don’t trust them now.
Once a Snake, always a Snake.
So, to all the haters out there … keep on hatin’.
I don’t care.
I don’t even take Baby Aspirin.
AND I damned sure ain’t taking a Warp Speed Medical Experiment and become a Lab Rat. Nor do I want to end up like all the Ferrets who died in previous Lab Test for a ‘vaccine’ that FAILED REPEATEDLY.
I do eat WFPB (Whole Food Plant Based), I grow my own Sprouts (mostly Broccoli), I grow as big of a CHEMICAL FREE GARDEN as possible, I stay very active … I trust the Human Immune System …
Yeah I know, I’m weird. But I am ‘ok’ with that.
