Bean Liquor, what do you do with yours?

The juice from the beans gets used at my house!

You know the Bean Liquor, or bean juice can be used for so many things…. Like making meringue….. (More on that later!)

I have always had a hang up about wasting things. Betty calls I an OCD. (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder).

I call it being frugal.

Whatever.

I take the juice from the cans of veggies, and beans, which usually are thrown away, and put it in something….as in this picture, my Oats.

Did I mention I eat Old Fashion Oats without cooking them. I use them like a crouton or garnish to anything I get the notion to add them too. I can eat them all by themselves. The flavor is wonderful.

But they are a bit dry, so, I am soaking this batch in the Green Bean Liquor from the can we added to the Pizza. I will just eat the rest of the FC Green Beans with my Breakfast/Lunch tomorrow.

I have no problem eating beans with “Breakfast”. Beans are so good for you and they have a second meal offering for the lower gut things that are so necessary to good health. ( they have to have fiber to live on, and flourish … And you know the only way to provide fiber is from whole/unprocessed fruits, veggies, and beans/legumes).

So, tomorrow for Breakfast I will take this container of Oats, Beans, and Soaked Old Fashion Oats, and add fresh ground Flax Seed, Hibiscus Tea, Gunpowder Green Tea, Powdered Ginger, Cinnamon, and maybe some Cocoa Powder, Bananas, Oranges, some Rice, Steamed Potatoes, Walnuts, Almonds, Sunflower Seeds, Rasins, and a large helping of dark Green Leafy Vegetables (Collard, Turnip, Mustard Greens, Spinach, Cilantro ….

And eat till I am STUFFED.

Oh, sometimes I toss in a bit of Cayenne Pepper for excitement… Plus peppers are really healthy ( without oil added to them of course…)
